💡Your Prototype is essential for the following steps. It doesn’t have to be a final product / service or process but it is crucial to have something that the user can anticipate / image what it should be about. Your Prototype should contain the following points:

  1. Determine the main use case for your solution approach or prototype that you want to test.
  2. Design the “story” of this use case. You can do this, for example, through a series of drawn screens, a storyboard or a video (“fake it 'til you make it”).
  3. Visualize or expand your preferred idea from the last exercise. Make it tangible so that it can be tested by users.
  4. Upload pictures, screenshots, drawings or other materials if required.
